Brian was extremely professional and proactive throughout our settlement preparation. He communicated timely and make sure that we had all the documentation necessary for timely settlement. He identified our settlement date and stayed on top of everything to make sure that we were not delayed. I highly recommend Brian.
I used them to purchase my new home. It was quick and easy and they were available all the time by work, cell or email. They were very easy to work with. We were able to close on our home and move in almost 2 full months before our other lease was up without any overlapping payments which made moving way less stressful.

I had read other reviews about the service Dave had given other customers and based on those reviews I contacted him about my refinance. The other reviews that clients left were exactly accurate. Dave responded to every call in a timely manner (generally same day) and never left a question unanswered. I never leave reviews and generally find something to be critical about, but not this time! Dave's service, attention to details, and thoroughness was outstanding.
This was my first home purchase and my realtor recommended Southern Trust. Mary Beth & Amiee were both wonderful to work with, and made it a great experience all around!
