This is my second loan with Brian and once again he exceeded my expectations. Originally, as a first time home buyer, Brian was patient during early conversations and explained the whole process, charges and why certain information was required. This eased any concern I had with the process. Mr. Horvath was exceptional and pivotal in getting financing for my home. Not only did he come in late in my home purchasing process... Mr. Horvath delivered. I initially went with Navy Federal to get my financing and with two weeks left before closing Navy Federal pulled out (Long story).
