Jake's customer service is impeccable. He supplies his clients with regular updates and was always quick to answer any question. The team was available to answer all questions and operated in a timely manner. There were some behind the scenes happenings that I wish I was updated on throughout the process, but we were able t get everything taken care of.

Dealing with Tate was an extreme pleasure. Tate was very nice and he made the loan process very simple. When I spoke with Tate I felt I was talking to a good friend as his demeanor was beyond pleasurable. I feel like I made a lifelong friendship!!
