Its not often you can find a great loan officer paired with a great mortgage company. I was very impressed with Jake and his team during my home purchase. They made this process quick, easy and all at a great price. Their application was easy along with submitting documents electronically. Jake's customer service is impeccable. He supplies his clients with regular updates and was always quick to answer any question. The team was available to answer all questions and operated in a timely manner. There were some behind the scenes happenings that I wish I was updated on throughout the process, but we were able t get everything taken care of.
