Jake's customer service is impeccable. He supplies his clients with regular updates and was always quick to answer any question. He helped us purchase our first home, the process was explained so clearly and there were no surprises. The team was available to answer all questions and operated in a timely manner. There were some behind the scenes happenings that I wish I was updated on throughout the process, but we were able t get everything taken care of.
