We worked mostly with the folks in Jake's office. Tiffany was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She was available by email and phone whenever we had questions. This made our first buying experience smooth and painless.
When we ran into trouble refinancing our loan with our original lender, Brian took over and guided us to closing in just over a month. He is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely efficient, but really won us over with his attention to customer support, his transparent approach, and his overall trustworthiness. My father is also his client, and as a family we will continue working with Brian in the future.
We needed a loan to purchase a home in Kill Devil Hills, NC and tried the normal channels with our local bank which we'd banked with for over 25 years.
