Brian is super responsive, explains things very thoroughly, answers my million questions, and keeps clients on track. I used him for my initial mortgage and then when rates dropped, I reached out and did a refinance. His service was just as awesome for the refinance as the initial loan! Use him! He’s the best!!!

Tate was terrific to work with on purchasing our new home! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and most of all a pleasure to speak to over the phone. I received Tate information from the agent we used for purchasing our second home. I had just become a partner in my firm and this was the first year being self-employed. I spoke with current mortgage lender for my primary home and was told I would not be eligible for a loan since I couldn't show two years worth of tax returns as being self-employed. I mean, applying for mortgages is actually NOT easy, but Brian made the process as painless as possible. We appreciated his gentle reminders and quick action, when needed. At first we were going to go with a big(ger) bank for our lending needs and were reticent to entertain a smaller company. In the end, Brian's rate was just too good to pass up and we ended up being pleasantly surprised by his high level of service.

I got Brian's information from a co-worker and in glad I did. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend him for refinancing an existing loan and I can't imagine his services being any less than exceptional for other situations such as purchasing a home loan.
