I am a new home buyer, and Jake was very patient and answered all of my questions. As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of questions. Throughout the process I always felt like I knew what the next step would be. Jake and Tiffany have been great to deal with and helped me achieve my goal of purchasing a home.

Tate was terrific to work with on purchasing our new home! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and most of all a pleasure to speak to over the phone. He always responded to our needs in a timely manner even on Saturday morning! We would certainly recommend Tate to anybody looking to purchase a home!

I received Tate information from the agent we used for purchasing our second home. I had just become a partner in my firm and this was the first year being self-employed. I spoke with current mortgage lender for my primary home and was told I would not be eligible for a loan since I couldn't show two years worth of tax returns as being self-employed. I mean, applying for mortgages is actually NOT easy, but Brian made the process as painless as possible. We appreciated his gentle reminders and quick action, when needed. At first we were going to go with a big(ger) bank for our lending needs and were reticent to entertain a smaller company. In the end, Brian's rate was just too good to pass up and we ended up being pleasantly surprised by his high level of service.

I got Brian's information from a co-worker and in glad I did. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and answered any questions that I had. Refinanced my loan to get a lower interest rate. Brian was able to get me an even lower rate than expected. He made the process very simple and we were able to close in less than two weeks.
