I received Tate information from the agent we used for purchasing our second home. I had just become a partner in my firm and this was the first year being self-employed. I spoke with current mortgage lender for my primary home and was told I would not be eligible for a loan since I couldn't show two years worth of tax returns as being self-employed. I mean, applying for mortgages is actually NOT easy, but Brian made the process as painless as possible. We appreciated his gentle reminders and quick action, when needed. At first we were going to go with a big(ger) bank for our lending needs and were reticent to entertain a smaller company. In the end, Brian's rate was just too good to pass up and we ended up being pleasantly surprised by his high level of service.

I got Brian's information from a co-worker and in glad I did. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and answered any questions that I had.
