My husband came across Brian after doing some research on local lenders and we are very glad he did. As first time homebuyers using the VA loan, Brian was so helpful during the process. Brian Picker of Southern Trust Mortgage is great. He communicates well and works hard to get you the best rate and monthly payments. I've refinanced with him twice now in 5 yrs and would do it again if necessary. Each time I end up in a better situation. He also has the title company come to you to sign papers. As a busy working person I greatly appreciate that! And there were no surprises.

Brian provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely responsive and easy to contact (even when I was in Europe). Rates were better than I expected and costs were less than I expected. Brian is very knowledgeable with respect to VA loans and as a result he was able to save me a substantial amount of money. I have purchased and refinanced at least 15 properties and have never worked with a better loan officer.
