I have used Brian for my first mortgage and my recent refinance. He is very responsive to questions, which I really appreciated. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and clearly. I would definitely use Brian again.
After being told a conventional loan wasn't possible by another lender, Jake was able to work with me to quickly secure a conventional loan at a lower interest rate than I was quoted. He worked with my schedule and was very responsive. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking in this area.

Brian was very help in getting us from a 7 year arm to a lower 30 year fixed interest rate. He gave sound advice and kept track of the interest rate until it reached the rate we were looking for. He made the transition very simple and smooth.
