Having moved to the US in August 2019 it came with many challenges! The area we wanted to live in had little rental opportunity and through extensive research we had already found the home we wanted to purchase. By far the best mortgage application process ever. Within the same home purchase we had to start completely over with the mortgage application process and Alicia and her team made it more than enjoyable. She not only came in on labor day to process the application but every step of the way she was super responsive and kept use informed. After being told a conventional loan wasn't possible by another lender, Jake was able to work with me to quickly secure a conventional loan at a lower interest rate than I was quoted. He worked with my schedule and was very responsive. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking in this area.
