I met Jake as a referral from my realtor. I had previously spoken with 3 other lenders and Jake was my final pit stop. Jake was the only one who presented me with multiple options. Jake did a thorough assessment of my overall situation to figure out the best option for me. Having moved to the US in August 2019 it came with many challenges! The area we wanted to live in had little rental opportunity and through extensive research we had already found the home we wanted to purchase. By far the best mortgage application process ever. Within the same home purchase we had to start completely over with the mortgage application process and Alicia and her team made it more than enjoyable.
