Very informative, never withheld information. Broke down each and every cost (everything made sense). Offered a new style fixed 30 year conventional renovation loan and just about matched the interest rate given to me by my credit union. The only reason it was .15 higher is because of the renovation portion of the loan which the FCU did not offer. Brian and his team were extremely responsive and professional. They also processed everything promptly. I will call Brian back for my next purchase
