Working with Brian was like working with someone I've known for years. Very polite, professional, easy to talk to, he's detailed oriented, and quick to respond. Brian has helped us with several Refi's over the years. In fact, he is the only one we use. OK, he is family, but he is an honest and hardworking lender. Straight forward with the info, quick to respond and will do whatever it takes to get you to a fair closing. Wouldn't have it any other way!

Jake and his assistant Tiffany were always very accessible responsive and made the whole process easy. They even had no problem pushing closing up 10 days when it turned out the seller could close early. I gladly recommend him.

Brian worked with my wife and I to select the right loan for our situation and with a lower rate than I expected. In addition Brian sent us reminders throughout the process to make sure there would be no delays. That was particularly helpful.

Brian from the begining has emailed me everything I needed and follow up every day with me to make sure we meet the deadline we had. therefore, I will definitly recommend him and the lender to a friend who is ready to buy a house.

Jake and his team made the mortgage process easy! Jake and his assistant Tiffany were always available, quick to respond to questions, and spent as much time talking through mortgage options and the process as I needed. What I appreciated most about Jake was his ability to break down the lending process so that I could understand it. When you're making a large purchase like a house, you need people helping you who you feel comfortable with and can rely upon to make the process go smoothly.
