Brian Picker at Southern Trust Mortgage was really wonderful to work with when I refinanced my home. He was very patient and helpful with all of my questions and extremely efficient in the process. I was impressed at how responsive he was throughout the experience. Brian provided detailed, yet easy to follow instructions and information. Most importantly he got me a great rate in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking to refinance.

Working with Brian was like working with someone I've known for years. Very polite, professional, easy to talk to, he's detailed oriented, and quick to respond. I was pleased that he took the time to personally call and introduce himself before I started my lending process with him. Brian has helped us with several Refi's over the years. In fact, he is the only one we use. OK, he is family, but he is an honest and hardworking lender. Straight forward with the info, quick to respond and will do whatever it takes to get you to a fair closing. Wouldn't have it any other way!

Jake and his assistant Tiffany were always very accessible responsive and made the whole process easy. They even had no problem pushing closing up 10 days when it turned out the seller could close early. I gladly recommend him.

Brian worked with my wife and I to select the right loan for our situation and with a lower rate than I expected. In addition Brian sent us reminders throughout the process to make sure there would be no delays. That was particularly helpful.
