Chris was the best loan officer we've ever had (we have purchased 4 homes). He made the entire home buying process so easy! Chris was prompt in his replies, answered all of our (many) questions, presented different options for our mortgage, and was friendly and courteous throughout every single one of our interactions. He also came to our closing, which was great!

Alicia and her team made us feel top priority consistently throughout the entire process. Brian Picker at Southern Trust Mortgage was really wonderful to work with when I refinanced my home. He was very patient and helpful with all of my questions and extremely efficient in the process. I was impressed at how responsive he was throughout the experience. Brian provided detailed, yet easy to follow instructions and information. Most importantly he got me a great rate in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking to refinance.

Working with Brian was like working with someone I've known for years. Very polite, professional, easy to talk to, he's detailed oriented, and quick to respond. Brian has helped us with several Refi's over the years. In fact, he is the only one we use. OK, he is family, but he is an honest and hardworking lender. Straight forward with the info, quick to respond and will do whatever it takes to get you to a fair closing. Wouldn't have it any other way!
