Jake and his team made the mortgage process easy! Jake and his assistant Tiffany were always available, quick to respond to questions, and spent as much time talking through mortgage options and the process as I needed. What I appreciated most about Jake was his ability to break down the lending process so that I could understand it. When you're making a large purchase like a house, you need people helping you who you feel comfortable with and can rely upon to make the process go smoothly.

As first time home buyers we had many questions throughout the process and Nic was always available to help us in any way he could and took the time to explain everything to us. We were even able to close early thanks to how quick Nic and his team were able to get things done.

Working with Felicia was honestly the best experience that I've had with a loan officer (and I've had several with various banks). I worked with her on three investment properties and she was consistently She remembered me and my situation, whenever I called. I worked with her on several loans and all of them were approved and closed as expected. Highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone purchasing a home. As a first time buyer, I had many questions and needed some guidance in the process. Not only did Chris provide this, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process, and was super communicative throughout. We made sure to shop around with lenders, and Chris blew them all out of the water with his communication and honesty. He even bought us pizza on our move in day! Not bad. Prices for certain aspects of the loan seemed slightly higher than with other loan offices, but he processed my loan on a quick timeframe. So you can trust he will get things done on time. Good overall. Really easy to work with.

I own my private residence and two rental properties. For more than a decade I’ve worked with Brian Picker on at least 4 or 5 re-financings. Recently, we helped one of our children purchase a condo.
