Showed up as promised. Patiently listened as I pointed out problem areas.¹Pointed out my problem areas caused by under watering. Asked to see my hand spreader - advised whhulich settings to use for fertilizing and overfeeding.
Southland Farms gives excellent customer service. All of the staff is very courteous and helps customers right away. There prices are reasonable. They give timely delivery. Their expert in grass is Norm. If you ever have a problem with your grass please call customer service and they will help you sending field expert Norm. Biggest thing is they honor their warranty. My grass looks great! It was very easy to talk to their customer service!!
I had such a positive experience getting sod from Southland Sod! From the office giving me info on the phone to Renatos advice and helpful attitude giving me specific tips for my space, to the on time delivery of my high quality evenly cut sod! I am thrilled with my grass and highly recommend Southland Sod for a quality product and great service!
Norm was GREAT! He was so knowledgeable and knew what was causing our problem right away. Norm gave us directions on what we should do and then called us back for a progress report. We were thrilled our grass started growing back... no more big brown areas. Many Thanks to Norm!

My Marathon II seeded lawn is my pride and joy and all my neighbors are jealous! I wish I could attach a photo for you to see. No weeds in germination process and really came in fast!
