I purchased brand new from here and less than 6 months needed recall work that would take 7 plus hours to repair and service service sept advised I had to schedule for a week day and did not want to accommodate a loaner. I have children and kids and this was Not convenient. I've been having my car serviced there since I moved here around seven years ago, and I've been generally satisfied. This time several things bothered me. They were small, but nevertheless annoying. 1. Before I drove away, I checked to see if the oil condition indicator had been reset. It was not, so I went inside to tell the Service Advisor. Vehicle not finished correctly, and poor customer service
Didn't want to recheck alignment. Didn't want to refund me for losing my registration card. This is after my first experience was frustrating to no end. I will not return other than the oil changes I prepurchased.
Service agent is nice. The dealership always tries to buy my car and lowball me. They also sent me out with low tire pressure after a rotation, they dont even bother making sure each tire is at the correct pressure.
This place hasn't changed, every time you drive into service everyone ignores you everyone acts like they are busy, I was standing there with no customers around and 10 service advisors same old place! Also the never secured the plastic underneath the car correctly and on my way home my car sounded like garbage!
I scheduled my appointment on the website (8:15am) and selected to wait for my vehicle. Once I pulled in the garage and met my representative, they parked my car in the park lot behind the garage. I waited for a hour before I spoke an employee about the status of my vehicle. They proceeded to apologize and mentioned that they were behind/short staff. My appointment was at 8:15am but I left there at 10:55am. Unacceptable! This could have been mentioned beforehand or at least an update of the status.
