The mom here- service has been pushing daughter to have her car alignment done. Car not pulling to Rt or left. No new tires! And has equal wear pattern on all 4 tires (there tire evaluation report shows equal wear). Thank goodness my daughter contacted me prior to authorizing. Not right!
I had an appointment for oil change and tired rotation, wait for 3 to 4 hours before lunch time or noon, but that work was not done. No happy that I had to wait for so long and even with an appointment the service to my car was not done.
This visit for service went smoothly, timely, and did what was needed.
Disappointing overall. They tried to lowball me on my trade in (by almost 50% of the value). I purchased the top-end trim van, and have had one tiny build problem after another. These are clearly factory defects, but are easily fixed and clearly no one at the dealer checks things.

I waited over 3 hours for an oil change after having an appointment for 8 AM.
Very poor service . First and last time for this dealar
I called ahead because last time all the parts needed were not there when I arrived for the oil change. I also waited 5 plus hours the last time for an oil change. I called to verify that the needed parts would be there and I was advised that they were already ordered and there. Upon arrival I was told the part was not there and it would take at least an hour and a half for it to be delivered. I waited almost 3 hours for the oil change.
The techs /mechanics at Southpoint Honda was trying to entice me to get services done on my CRV that were not needed. When I asked about this I was told by a female receptionist that Southpoint Honda can't look on line and see what services another Honda dealership has done to a vehicle, yet they promote the services without asking the customer if they have had it done! It seems that Southpoint Honda is trying to take advantage of customers. I will not recommend this dealership.
