My service experience was great from pulling in to the service center and checking in, being shown what my vehicle needed, to completion of the service. The service representative was professional and knowledgeable.
The service was excellent as usual. My only dissatisfaction was the cost of the oil chsnge special & tire rotation special. Oil change special was $69.99 - whiich I & other customers consider Outragious!! The three oil changes & tire rotation was a Combo package for $179.00. Other dealers in the same area advertised the oil change for far less money!!! Several included the oil change free with a new car purchase!!! Please review your costs accordingly
