Post service south point honda don't care if their are issues
They were kind enough but severely unwilling to repair known and unknown issues that weren't known to me till after I drove off the lot, iffy brake pads and a windshield crack, yikes. Had they fixed these things I would have given them 4.5-5 stars
I brought the car in for the annual inspection. It passed with perfect rating. However since then the battery keeps discharging. I returned the car to try to stop this problem. The service manager said I needed a new battery and it wasn't covered under the warranty because my car is too old. The car was purchased May 3, 2022 by me through Adaptive Vans since I am now paralyzed and am I need a wheelchair and a car with hand controls to drive if my nurse is not available. I am very unhappy!!!
Routine oil change was performed and also needed a recall fix for my car. Was told that the part would not be available until December 2024.! NOT HAPPY AT ALL THAT THIS WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
South point honda did not diagnose all the issues the car has. They only said Brake fluid, Transmission fluids need a replacement but when I took another autobody shop they showed how dirly the filters are and coolant need to be placed. Dealer/Showroom would have done a detail diagnosis rather asking us to only take care of the expensive autocare items
Bad. They forgot to put the oil cap back on after an oil change.
1 1/2 hours for an oil change. Crazy
Incorrect sway bar links were ordered and installed. Parts failed, had to return and have it fixed again. Extremely disappointed that no one caught the error prior to installation and releasing the vehicle back to me. Fortunate that no further damage incurred.
My tires were rotated and my car is now shaky. My tire pressure light also came on 10 minutes after I left. I went to Discount Tire to get the pressure checked. I did not have this issue prior to having my service done at Honda.
