I was overcharged for a service that I was quoted a different amount for by several hundred dollars. When I raised the discrepancy, they said that the cost of the materials had increase (the quote was 3 days prior). They did charge me the original lower rate after I was able to show the quote, but I'm skeptical of this shop now.
Not happy, recently from April I got new alternator, new PS Rack, A/c Suction pipe, new spool valve, power steering fluid exchange, timing belt, drive belt replace... close to 6 to 7K. Still my steering is becoming hard whenever I take turns or backing out my van and your service team does not want to inspect it for free though I was given 1 year warranty on all these services. Went in for an oil change and my elderly mother came out with several unneeded services. I would not trust their service department and will not go back even though the oil changes are free.
Service department caused more damage and didn't make repairs properly
Fraudulent people. My vehicle lost power while I was driving. Had it towed to Southpoint Honda thinking they would fix it. Instead, they recommended wrong parts and finally asked me to replace the engine!!!! Not knowing what you are doing is NOT acceptable. If you know what you are doing and still you do stuff that is not right for the customer is UNFORGIVABLE.
BUYER BEWARE. Southpoint Honda and Honda. 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport L. Confined manufacturer defect and quality control failure. AC condensation drain hose not attached inside vehicle. AC condensation will leak into cabin. Southpoint Honda and Honda will only do bare minimum required by state law.
Honda doesn't stand behind their warranty!
They forgot to put the oil drain plug all the way in. I almost totaled my car because all the oil ran out 3 days later. I was lucky that most of it leaked out in my driveway. I refuse to go back to Southpoint Service.
