It was super cool how they left all of my tires basically flat. They must know I enjoy reinflating them myself.
I had to take my car in 3 times for the same issue with a recall issue relating to the fuel tank. The first time they didn't do the work because no one told me my gas tank would need to be only a third full. The second time they replaced the fuel pump, but it had a crack in it and I had to go back a third time for them to replace that. No one offered me anything for the inconvenience. Inaccurate brake report (front and rear confused). Did not check Carfax report, so recommended I flush fluids that had been done a few months earlier, as reported in Carfax.
Service advisor was lovely. Disappointed that we didn't get a complimentary car wash when we spent nearly $900 and the van smells like gas/oil each time I get in it now.
Salesperson (James) was truly outstanding and knew the car inside and out. Actually buying the car was incredibly unpleasant and took way too long. Sales manager didn't seem to care how much time he made us wait, then tried to sell the usual extra warranty, etc. Truly a painful purchasing experience.
Overpriced diagnostic for code I had given them. They only checked what i mentioned and things I know is acting up, they didn't check
They forgot to reset the radio and charged me for pickup when the lady on the phone said there would be no charge. Had to get my neighbor to reset the radio.
I was charged $230 just to determine why my check engine light was on. I declined services because several services were just performed elsewhere and the other was vastly overpriced.
