I waited for 90 minutes before my truck was serviced. I had made an appointment, yet no one explained to me why it took 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation.
Set my appointment, received confirmation, then showed up for the appointment and they had no record of it. Nor did they have any explanation as to why they botched it. If you read other reviews on Google, you will see that they have major issues with their service department.
It took 2 hours for them to change my oil, rotate my tires and suggest over $1200 more work that needed to be done. I declined the extra stuff. Because one of my tires is different from the other three, I was able to tell they did not actually rotate the tires. They had video and when they checked it, the tires were not rotated. Beware, they may not do what they charge you for.
I sent my daughter to get a oil changed and somehow transmission service was rendered and increased my spend 70% higher. Trust issue for sure as the whole reason was to have it serviced by someone I trusted. I will get it (oil)changed. Thanks but no thanks
Waited almost 10 minutes for an advisor. "Express" service takes 1-1/2 hours. Back of car was not washed and car was still wet when returned.
My tires was rotated but they didn't check my tire pressure. All four tires was low on air. Tire lights came on dashboard 2 days later. Stirring wheel was shaking. Not a good service I expected.
I scheduled an appointment online detailing the situation of my car being under the 3 year warranty. I was told in-person at the appointment that I needed to schedule another one because a warranty technician was not available. They diagnosed that my fault wheel bearings was from curbing the tire. Unfortunately, I have no proof that the poor wheel bearings were diagnosed from my local mechanic and that this occurred before the curbed tire event.
I assume that the oil was changed correctly. Process was reasonably timely. I was told when appointment was made that I could use a 25% coupon sent to me on the current $49.99 cost of an oil change with full-synthetic oil. I was very surprised when my bill was $62+ for this service. Service agent said the normal oil change price was $89. So he gave me the $49.99 price plus miscellaneous other charges. I asked to speak with a manager. No one showed up in 10 minutes. I left.
The dealership tried to force me to do additional work, by sending me a text with no option to opt out, while I was stranded at the mall. Then they were RUDE to me when they contacted me about picking me up. They were so cold when I returned, opposite of when I dropped my car off. I never received a survey from the dealership. The whole service department is a scam fest. Do not go to this place. It is horrible!
