I had a 2:30 appointment and left at 4:10 pm. I was upset because I told the technician I need an oil change only because I was pressed for time. It does not take 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. Just do what I asked if for. I didn't appreciate the long wait and missed my 4:00 appointment.
Went in for regular service oil change and tire rotation. Everything went smooth with that the only issue is a new company took over there service department and oil change price went from $60 to $90. So once my extended warranty end I will be taking my care elsewhere for service. There was some s no reason a standard oil change for a 4cylinder should cost $90 even with synthetic oil.
I was told that I needed a piece that would arrive anywhere from a few days to a week and that I would be notified when it arrived. After a few weeks of waiting with no communication at all, I called in only to find that the piece had arrived a few week earlier. I inquired as to why I wasn't notified, and the person that I was speaking to had no answers. I asked to speak to the supervisor, who was in a "meeting" at the time. I was told that he would get back with me, but he never did. Terrible!
Too expensive. Rates and services has been raised since under new ownership. Won't be returning.
I don't feel the communication was as good as it used to be. Plus being charged over $140 dollars labor to replace my fog light bulbs is highway robbery. I keep getting notices from Carfax that my tires need rotating. I use another dealer for my tires and rotations.
Surprised that it cost so much . Was asking for maintenance schedule printout but told you dont have one. Then was told this is what was needed and agreed BUT so expensive for a low mileage due to covid . Despite age work should gave been under warranty.
Paid $200 for a diagnostic. Didn't run codes. Didn't replace all the parts before I towed it home. Didn't include itemized list for $8000+ repair quote. Repaired the problem myself for $300. Don't go here. I'd recommend WASP auto. Great, knowledgeable folks there.
One of the worst customer service ever and one of the worse greediest people in finance department ever they even add warranty by telling the car comes with warranty and charges me almost 4000 $ please dont do business with them or if you do just be careful
