Vastly overpriced, okay otherwise We paid for a room with a view of the mountains. All we could see from our room was the parking lot. There was very little light in the room. We had a first floor room but had to climb stairs for breakfast, which is difficult for my elderly mother. Beds were comfortable. Fireplace was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I probably won’t stay here again the bed was old and rickety thought we were getting a spa jet tub and didn’t get one!! and not enough towels and water wasn’t hot enough to take a decent shower scenery and clean room
$$$ What did the $10 per night "service fee" cover? Kiosk check-in? Or the employee behind the desk? In-room microwave would have been a BIG bonus!! Breakfast consisted of stale muffins and awful tasting microwaveable "egg omelettes"; yogurt machine would not work; 2nd day -- NO coffee in the urn and obviously there was NO replenishment of the juice or packaged items from the previous day. Fair Very noisy air conditioning. Very expensive inn which seems to be on par for the area. Very nice staff. Fresh fruit for breakfast every morning. Gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy on our anniversary. Central location.
Wir waren enttäuscht, Klimaanlage gehört erneuert Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, wir hatten den Verdacht, dass es an der veralteten Klimaanlage lag. Auch nachdem wir um einen Zimmerwechsel gebeten hatten, ein unangenehmer Geruch und eine lärmende Klimaanlage Das Frühstück bestand aus abgepackten Essen, wir sind woanders frühstücken gegangen Bequemes Bett, großes Bad Das Bett war bequem, der Raum und das Bad hatten eine gute Größe
Only stayed one night as I found a better option. The kiosk check in. It doesn’t work. I had to scan my drivers license and it took four attempts to work. The Quality of the speaker on the kiosk was very poor and I couldn’t understand the gal checking me in. What’s the reason for the remote checkin anyways? They still had to have someone working the front desk to give me a freaking key! The A/C unit was very loud. Disappointing The shower was awful. No water pressure. It took forever to wash my hair and it is short. After hiking Sedona, we looked forward to a nice shower……..sure didn’t get it! Checking in with video was spooky. Extremely impersonal. Very unwelcoming. Room clean. Bed comfortable.
we will NOT be referring this place nor revisit this location, at any price. Front desk staff upon checking in was very rude and not qualified to deal with the public. Our reservations were for a room with two Queen beds. We checked in and there was human hair on the outer sheet of one bed. We asked to have the bed redone while we grab lunch. Two hrs later we return and we’re assured that it was corrected. Not so. The Mgr insisted that we choose a different room with one bed ONLY because she did not have another double. At 3... read more
good but not great the jacuzzi in the room , the so called breakfast and that the swimming pool was dirty , couldn’t get in. the room
