We have been trying to get the dash in our Camry replaced for over a year - it's a recall. We have been so disappointed not only in the wait time, but the way that any representative from this dealership, as well as Toyota Corp has treated us as if we are overreacting at this ridiculous wait. We have had 4-5 other Toyota's (in fact, we also have a Venza currently) -- but dealing with this issue has convinced us that we need to find another company to give our money to in the future when purchasing new cars. Terrible service department. You have to watch everything they do to make sure they did it. After the oil change last week, a couple days later someone told us something was loose under our car. We stopped at Firestone because they were near by. They asked if we had recently had an oil change. Sparks had forgotten to fasten the panel that catches oil leaks. One clip wasn't fastened and the other clip was missing. Mistakes happen but this isn't our first issue with them, once I took my car in to get my tires rotated ... read more
Bought new 2016 Tundra and had to have the entire radio system replace in the first 2 weeks with 2 appointments. Had to drop it off for the service and waited 1.5 hrs on the troubleshoot on the first service call. Now I have a stain on the upholstery that their technician left in the driver's side seat that won't come out with their Ecbloc upholstery cleaner. Waited five months for a replacement part. Now they say it will take seven more months for the part to arrive. Very poor service on Toyotas part!
After the Experience my brother dealt with today by the service department I decide I should give a review. The department is lacking customer service, and they discriminate. Due do this, this girl will taking her business else where. Maybe the department should take a class on how to treat people. If I could've given a negative number for a this review I would. This review is going to be on Yelp, Google and anywhere I can make it public.
Took my car there for a recall and service people acted like I was invisible. After a very long wait had to ask where is my car. People who work there not friendly. Worse experience for s toyota dealership ever.
Rude management. They will lie to you about how quickly they can do work, and they lie to you about giving rent-a-cars while they are breaking yours.
