purchased a 2011 dodge ram big horn on July 21 2019. drove the car until August 6 when engine light came on. had it diagnosed to find a 3rd cylinder was bad. took it to dodge dealer to find that the truck was in there on January 2019 for a issue with the 3rd cylinder. called the manager to explain this to him and was told they don't check the engine when they trade unless they hear something going on with it. in short. well take your truck on trade in for another truck 23k. caveat emptor let the buyer beware.
Poor quality service. They say one thing and do another. When you call no one is ever available. When you leave a message they don’t return your call for an unacceptable amount of time. We will no longer deal with Sparks Toyota. Very poor customer services!!!

If I could leave zero stars i would. Purchased a used Silverado a few months ago. Truck was originally sold to me with illegal window tint and open recall for loss of steering. Window tint was handled. Loss control of steering once. Got the recall handled. 5 days after recall I lose control of steering again. They drove it a very long distance (14 miles) to try to get an issue to duplicate that took 5 days to happen to me. False advertising is what they do. They sell fake extended warranties that covers none of what it says. Would not recommend to anyone to buy from here.
In for 50,000 mile maintenance with oil change, tire rotation. Appt. was at 10:30. Not finished with maintenance and recommendations until 12:30, then took another hour to replace the cabin filter and bring me my bill. Said replacement of cabin filter would be 36.95 and then was charged 59.99. This was my first visit to this dealership and it wasn't a good one.
