I went there to get an oil change and was charged for more oil then my car takes
multipoint insp not done. receipt says factory spec on tires psi is 35 when clearly on door it says 32. also individual tires were actually between 20 and 28psi. I can only wonder what else wasn't checked!
I recently had my car serviced and detailed. The detail cost was higher than I was told on the phone. I agreed to an extra 20.00, but it still came out more than the original quote. My rearview mirror fell off the window 2 days later. A piece of the windshield was attached to it. Seems like it would have to have been hit hard to come off with a piece of the windshield. Sales manager should have worked out our numbers before wasting nearly three hours of our time. We came in with a budget and made that budget known only to be escorted back to the financial manager, who then surprisingly said there's no way they could make it work. Seriously disappointed.
I was meet by sales person Kendra. she was very nice. answered all my questions and listened what I was looking for. When I sent into the finance office it was pretty activating. It started with a finance rate that was to high. I know what type of rate I wanted. My fico score is over 800. Three times I disagreed with their rate. This was very activating. purchased a 2011 dodge ram big horn on July 21 2019. drove the car until August 6 when engine light came on. had it diagnosed to find a 3rd cylinder was bad. took it to dodge dealer to find that the truck was in there on January 2019 for a issue with the 3rd cylinder. called the manager to explain this to him and was told they don't check the engine when they trade unless they hear something going on with it. in short. well take your truck on trade in for another truck 23k. caveat emptor let the buyer beware.
Poor quality service. They say one thing and do another. When you call no one is ever available. When you leave a message they don’t return your call for an unacceptable amount of time. We will no longer deal with Sparks Toyota. Very poor customer services!!!
