Service department made an error that led to oil leaking all over a friends driveway. They admitted the error, but did not fix the problem. Shameful.

I'd like to share the negative experience I had with the Sparks Toyota service department. I will not mention any names, because Sparks will have this information already. I had an appointment set for last Wednesday to swap out my chrome bumpers on a 2017 tacoma for a color matched pair. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. All is fine. After about an hour and a half, I have my newborn with me who is looking for her pacifier, which I left in my truck, so I go to ask my service advisor if I can go get it. He sa... read more

Sparks has finally put me over the edge. They have done everything to make be take my business else where. At fault for not servicing my Lexus correctly. Now I will need to purchase a new tire. Unbelievable!

Good service, prices too high on service, I get just as good service with the local mechanic, and it's about $40 cheaper an hour

I was left hanging. They had my car in service for over three and a half hours and no one kept me informed as to the progress or what ever with my car. The lady that finally came was already to check me out. She was a really sweet and caring young lady. She made the waiting experience I had better.
