If I could leave zero stars i would. Purchased a used Silverado a few months ago. Truck was originally sold to me with illegal window tint and open recall for loss of steering. Window tint was handled. Loss control of steering once. Got the recall handled. 5 days after recall I lose control of steering again. They drove it a very long distance (14 miles) to try to get an issue to duplicate that took 5 days to happen to me. False advertising is what they do. They sell fake extended warranties that covers none of what it says. Would not recommend to anyone to buy from here.
In for 50,000 mile maintenance with oil change, tire rotation. Appt. was at 10:30. Not finished with maintenance and recommendations until 12:30, then took another hour to replace the cabin filter and bring me my bill. Said replacement of cabin filter would be 36.95 and then was charged 59.99. This was my first visit to this dealership and it wasn't a good one. I bought 3 cars in one year from Sparks, and I was told first time key replacement for free. I lost my key last week and they told me it would cost over $200. Now I can't open the trunk of my truck! Thanks to Sparks Toyota!
They destroyed my driveway and will not honor the complimentary oil change and tire rotation as promised. We are very unhappy!
I am from out of Town.my Mud Panels under the car were lose there charge me $56 to.remove them .Young women was ok but chewing Gum and no professional Manner.did Nat know anything about a car .Was not impressed with this Dealership.
