I bought 3 cars in one year from Sparks, and I was told first time key replacement for free. I lost my key last week and they told me it would cost over $200. Now I can't open the trunk of my truck! Thanks to Sparks Toyota!
They destroyed my driveway and will not honor the complimentary oil change and tire rotation as promised. We are very unhappy!

Service department made an error that led to oil leaking all over a friends driveway. They admitted the error, but did not fix the problem. Shameful.
I'd like to share the negative experience I had with the Sparks Toyota service department. I will not mention any names, because Sparks will have this information already. I had an appointment set for last Wednesday to swap out my chrome bumpers on a 2017 tacoma for a color matched pair. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. All is fine. Sparks has finally put me over the edge. They have done everything to make be take my business else where. At fault for not servicing my Lexus correctly. Now I will need to purchase a new tire. Unbelievable!
