Called to get a lease price on a new Highlander - told me unless I physically came into the dealership they would not give me any pricing. What a scam- I specifically said I was not interested in spending a day at their dealership playing the negotiation game. Just give me a price and if it looks good I’ll come In and make a deal. Since they are willing to lose a prospective customer so be it-I have moved onto a dealership who wants my business.
Drove from PA to assist daughter with purchasing the leased vehicle she has. Asked to speak to financing, waited, greeted by Jim Tansey who never invited us to his office and gave us the wrong information for the process of purchasing the vehicle. Now driving back to PA, Toyota financial informed me that all paperwork to purchase has to be done at dealership. Jim Tansey you should NOT hold a Business Manager title at all. You are utterly incompetent and have ZERO customer service.
I’ve owned a Toyota for many years and have always been satisfied with their service, but this morning was horrible, it took 2 hours to change 1 tire ( 10:00-12:00), I counted 6 others come in after me and leave before me, needless to say I am not happy about this.
Make sure your used cards at ready to go for more than 6 months before deciding they need a new battery. And don't push for an oil change before it is time for one.
SPAR KS TOYOTA HAS A FIRST RATE CREW AND THEY ARE FOR THE CUSTOMER FIRST! They were unable to fix my car because my car would not tell them that it had a problem! A Five for your crew!
I don’t see a lot of negative reviews on the wall. I wonder if this will even get posted. I went in today for service and it was not busy at all and their was employees everywhere but no one could do more then say hello. The old men moving cars ten feet forward at a time seemed like busy work. The service techs were just staring at computer screens. I had an appointment to do some recall work. I got a follow up call telling me that they didn’t have the needed parts. Why ? Also I know of two problems with the truck...the ABS light is on and the back up lights don’t work. When I was finally able to bring it in for the recall work, neither other problem was even mentioned.
Casey made appointments changed times and upon appointment bordered in rude that an earlier Customer showed up late and lucky for us passed use off to Jay who was great and made the sale Casey should get no credit for this sale
Was told a brake job was $189.95 plus tax. When the job was finished the bill was $219.06. Was then told there was a $23.61 disposal fee. Seriously... $23.61 to throw 4 brake pads in the trash can. Won’t be back
