The service agent was prompt and very engaging. The facility was extremely clean. The waiting room was spacious and the seating was appropriately spaced considering the concerns over the Covid-19 pandemic.

Oil Change I was very pleased and happy with my experience at Spartan Toyota. The waiting room was very clean, I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half, I was surprised when my car was ready after 45 minutes. And as a female customer I am very comfortable going their for service they do no try to sell me services I don't need.
Customer waiting room was clean and comfortable. Snacks and drink choices were very nice. Service work performed on time as estimated. Mike was pleasant and informative to work with.
