Regular Service Call I've always done business with Spartan Toyota, and they have always been excellent to work with. During this crazy time with social distancing they adhered to their standards of excellence - they had set up the waiting room to maintain the 6 foot distance, and had someone there solely to sanitize after people had left their seats. The work was done sooner than they quoted, which was also appreciated. This is definitely a dealership you can count on when it comes to servicing your vehicle.
Spartan Toyota service department was great. They adhered to the social distancing guidelines and completed my RAV4’s service efficiently and in a timely manner. 😀

Great service during Pandemic I called on Monday afternoon when our governor announced a "stay in place" order because I needed an oil change for I must have a working vehicle to care for my 93 year old mom. Terry assured me, and made me an appointment for the next day to get my oil change. We dropped off the car for the oil change at 12:30. It was ready in one hour. Excellent Service My 2015 Corolla was recalled. This was the 2nd time for this particular vehicle. The part was installed. Hopefully, it is the last recall. It is a free service.
Great Service provided by Mike Was able to get the service completed. All parts available. Mike communicated well and kept me abreast of progress during the visit. Area was clean and was being constantly attended too.
Excellent service provided by Terry. Once again a first class experience . Oil change timing is always appropriate and facilities are clean . I have always had a good experience there .
