wait way too long. you're overbooking. people frustrated in waiting area. service gone down hill since Dave left. pushing services on people. just my opinion and what i see

My husband had his truck serviced after three visits because they had to order a part for his 2013 Ford truck, that we bought at Dave Edwards in October of 2021. We were told at our first visit that we could come back any time, no appointment needed because the part was there. At the second visit we again asked if we needed an appointment, were assured we did not, however they would need to order the part, so we would have to wait until the following week. was very unprofessional and sold a car out from under someone who had already been approved to purchase. also tried to pressure her to finance through them instead of her personal bank!

If you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle, do NOT use Spartanburg Toyota! I have been looking to special order a 4Runner (because as you all know, new inventory is minimal). My ONLY request was that the vehicle be 4WD. Someone calls me yesterday to tell me that the vehicle I have ordered will be in today, and that they are willing to negotiate with MSRP. Just had the 2019 Camry recall done last week. The car smells so strong of gasoline I get a headache. I called service dept who said many people had same issue recommended I “drive withwindows down”

I went in for a bi-annual service and had the oil changed and tires rotated. In and out in under an hour.

You took advantage of me and charged me almost $100 for window shield wipers tha could have been purchased and put on for less than $40. But that is ok because I will never get my Camry serviced at your dealership again!

While I have purchased several vehicles from Dave Edwards that part remains great. Issue with Dave Edwards is the service department, gone down hill and still sinking. Last time they even managed to lose my keys and after 5-10 mins back and forth on the phone and being told it was impossible they finally asked me the tag color I had, I told them and after a pause he said the keys were there and someone had tagged them wrong. I had a Avalon with 75k miles on it and was on its 3rd set of tires with them being 60K rated. While... read more
