I was charged $97.48 for an oil change and filter change. Need I say more? Seriously? $75.85 for labor. They take advantage of the Senior Citizens. I called the Bryan Easler in Hendersonville, NC because that is where we used to get out oil changed and like me, they said, "We would never charge that much for an oil change." I will never trust this dealership again. Not only that but Car Care Nut on YouTube has a video warning people about this very thing. It is called price gouging. Shameful.

I was lied to about needing brakes and a new battery. I spent $120 and changed my own brakes that were still good. Battery test showed good as well.

My service advisor was super amazing so I'm not gonna criticize him. My experience was horrible. My mom bought her car from Dave Edwards because of the lifetime warranty. But when she went in today they told her it was no good. When he sold the company he only had to put 2 million dollars towards the lifetime warranties and obviously that ran out quick and they will not honor it.
