We have been with SPM for nine years. We have always had pleasant experiences when dealing with the property managers. Maintenance request have always been promptly addressed. I have no complaints, we are happy tenants!

Working with RPM has been one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had in my life. After looking for a property for 2 months and emailing and texting a dozen or so "landlords" with no response besides a few scams, I came across one of ******** listings. I have been leasing a home through Specialized for 5 years now and every since they hired new team members just recently it has changed so much in a good way, I have had several issues and Brent and Jon have been amazing to getting my needs taken care of!!! I so appreciate it! they are so caring and willing to do whatever it takes to get your needs accomplished! If you ever need to lease a home Specialized Property RPM is the place to go!!!
I have been in a rental through RPM for a year now. They have been very prompt with repairs and maintenance. Their vendors are very professional and prompt as well. My experience has been great!

I've been at my rental property for a year with no complaints. If I have a maintenance problem and submit a ticket through our online portal, quick response with in 24 hours makes me feel comfortable calling for any type of emergency. I will continue to recommend friends and family to go to Real Property Management. Great Services, Great Customer Services, and friendly over all. I rate them as a 5 star in my book!

So far so good. We moved to Texas recently and SRPM has been, by far, the easiest property management company to work with. We had a small issue getting the money orders as our banks are in Chicago but Ben ****** was very understanding and helpful. Timely response is a pet peeve of mine, however I had no issues or complaints, thanks to Ben ******. I look forward to working with this company for our lease term, and there after.
