My order took several days to process and fill, then I paid for “expedited shipping” but I am sure they just pocketed the extra money and sent it regular mail, because it took several days to get here. SAVE YOUR MONEY
Did receive all the items I ordered AND still have one that I’m waiting for.
I ordered 2 similar items both the same size of course. But one fit a little big and one was way too small. One item came 2 weeks after the first one arrived.
Shipping time was great but the size of the piece I bought could probably fit a 10 year old. I’ll never purchase anything from this site again. Complete waste of money, especially when you reach out via email and social media and never get a response
The site was easy to navigate but your products are not true to size and seemed to be made from cheap materials. I would not recommend nor will I purchase your products again.
I ordered two cute outfits before valentines they said they would be here before then only one came which was way after that by like 7 days..... still haven’t received the second outfit back ordered I guess but that’s a long time almost a month now outfit was great
It shipped out later than I expected. I paid extra for 2 day arrival and didn't get the product until a week later because FedEx lied and never came to my home. There are cameras to prove it. I had to take off work anddrive to another town to get it. Then, they had trouble locating it.
I ordered some things on Feb. 13 and was told they would arrive on Feb. 29. I ordered the items specifically for a party so I was extremely disappointed that they did not arrive on time. I checked the UPS tracking and contacted them because the last track was noted Feb. 16th in Richmond, CA. They told me to contact Spicy direct. I called and the lady was very nice but she said the items won’t arrive until March 9th now and they are currently located in San Francisco! Could have more communication up front on how long your process takes. Then when you finally sent it, the way you sent it, first UPS & then it gets switched over to the US Postal Service was crap because it took a few days where they actually lost my package. I didn’t get my package on the date it said it was going to be delivered & the tracking info sat in limbo also. No one seemed to know where the package went to.
