I ordered a few products for Valentine's day and everything was fine when i ordered everything but then I only recieved half of what I ordered and it turned out the rest was on back order and I had gotten no notification before hand telling me some items would be delayed. I purchased many items, they were all good. However, the leather material was not strong enough, one of the panties I got was cut off just by adjusting the buckles.

I ordered a costume weeks ahead of time for Halloween and received it too late so I went to return it literally the day after it shipped. The company would only give me a store credit for it which I have yet to receive and it is now February

I placed an order for 3 items and to date, I have only received 2. The orders were very late arriving. The quality of products is good, inventory is poor. WPG

It took a week to even get my order processed and shipped. Then another 10 plus days to get my order. Just seem to take a long time to get my order.
