By stating that one size doesn't fit all and at least allow if not money back another item...I am not a plus size woman..but I am not a size 2 . So your advertisement isn't for one size fit all..very misleading and NOT a cheap purchase.
The stuff that I ordered and have everything in it and I want to return it They only reimburse me for half of it when it was all there.

Time to receive was acceptable. Size was not true but smaller than expected.
I ordered 2 items from Spicylingerie.com Both items were not out of stock according to their website. I paid for the express postage in order to get the items prior to our wedding night. Last week we received one item only with no communication from them in regards to other items’ unavailability. Not even an option to pick another item. Threw away every single item I bought except one. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. Worst material I've even seen in lingerie. Horrible sizing differences. Will never ever buy again. Walmart would be better. Not only bad but the worst material I've ever bought on anything. Ever in my life
Be more honest about shipping times. Tacking up 2 weeks to process an order when I paid for expedited shipment is a rip off There is nothing expedited in anything your company does I’m still waiting for 2 items that I ordered and when I called I was told it could take another 2 to 4 weeks to fill the order I understand delays and out of stock but when ordering on your web site it should tell you if stock is running low or out that would be thinking of your customers needs and not your company’s desire to obtain an order
Inform customer items are not available prior to shipping anything and allowing customer to cancel whole order if needed.
