Sent extra items and won’t pay for returns I have to pay for it.
I thought my items would ship out the next day. When they did not arrive, I asked and was told soon but given no date to expect them. When my package arrived at the last minute (2/14), i found there was something missing which was backordered. I should have been informed of this by email in advance. It's now 3/5 and I don't have a clue if or when I'll get it.
Way too small what’s the return process
Originally placed a two day shipping order. Received it on day 8, when I initially inquired about having my shipping charge returned and to just charge me standard shipping, the representative basically said tough luck, it’s 2 days from when THEY fill the order, which I then pointed out was garbage. A second representative later reviewed my email and did reimburse my shipping charge. I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping, only ONE of my items arrived.. late.
You shipped over a week late ruining Valentine’s Day
Shipping wayyyyy to long , not as I was told !
Took too long to get the product. Waiting 4 days to ship, you can't be that busy.
Issue was shipping. Mt order eta wasd 2/15/20, and sat 100 miles away from 2/14/20 tho 2/21/20, before finally needing delivered.
