I was sent the wrong size and was blamed for it. I think I was because they did not want to pay for the shipping. During this process all of the customer service representatives were short and rude. I ordered again and it took longer to receive than the first time. I will never order again from this place. There are plenty of other places that sell the same thing with better customer service blaming yourself for a mistake and not being compassionate about an order.
It took too long to mail and quality was terrible. Sizing was way off also. I will never order from you again. I’ll spend the $100-$150 for Victoria Secret.
I placed the order 13 days before I needed the order. It arrived 4 days late. I reached out to customer service 5 days from when I needed The package and never heard a response. I reached out again 3 days before when I needed the package and they said it was still processing. I asked to cancel the order but yet they didn’t. When I did receive it, part of the order was missing and one item was the wrong color.
Dont send damaged goods with tape over the damage.
Accurate sizing and printable return labels. I rarely have access to a post office or other shipping avenue with my job
The package never came, I can prove it and you all won't refund my money simply because the post office said it did. You didn't even track it and I have a Ring door bell video to show nothing came. You are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will be telling everybody.
I never recieved my package sent an email about it and all I got was that it said it was delivered smh I never got the package I feel it should have been re sent or refunded
I ordered my gift for a valentine's gift for my wife and have not received it as yet. I have been kissing your companies a-- to see if you will deliver it at all. The money is no big deal and if I don't receive my gift that is no big deal neither. Your web. site will be filed under spam. Thanks for nothing. Richard.
