Get more information before you start threatening to charge for returning an item at my cost for just wanting to EXCHANGE not RETURN FOR A item that was never used. MY boyfriend ordered the wrong size. Just wanted to exchange for correct size!
Terrible. I will never buy from Spicy Lingerie again. I belong to a large group of travelers who buy special outfits for our trips and I will also be sure to tell them about my recent interaction from Spicy Lingerie. All the items I purchased will be returned. The sizes were way too small.
Please provide complete refund of my past order!
The product i ordered was crap. It was very low quality. Flimsy material, poor workmanship, etc... sizing doesn’t fit true.
It took 3 weeks for my order to be delivered. And then it wasn’t complete.
Customer service could really use an upgrade. I paid for faster shipping and did not receive faster shipping. Waste of my money. When I called customer service they were zero help!
the product quality is really low, inconsistent in terms of protective material, and return process is really not customer-friendly. having to print and hand-write out return items versus it being auto-generated and printable is not best practice
If I could leave less than 1 Star I would. This company is horrible. The quality of everything is just plain gross. From the clothing to the customer service I’ve been lead down a hideous path of “they don’t care.” Stay away! Stay very far away!
