Your size listings are not true. The items purchased were much smaller than their size listing. And now all items have been returned, but I have not received my refund. I also feel that due to the sizing issue you should reimburse me for the $12.98 I paid to return my order.
Missing item in my order but because it took over 48 hours for me to open all of my items I couldn’t be refunded. That’s poor customer service. Won’t be buying again.
I bought 6 items for my wife and we returned one back as it was way too small for her. I followed the policy return instruction and sent off by first class mail. It has been 3 weeks now I have not receive any emails in regards to whether I will get a store credit or refunds from Spicy Lingerie. I called twice and got the same answer. Took forever to actually ship. Over two weeks from ordering to receiving is ridiculous in this day of age.
The time it takes you to process orders makes me think you have 1 employee in your entire company.
Shipping took 4 days to leave the facility. Item looked nothing like the photo and was very "cheap". Return took two weeks to process. I don't recommend.
The items delivered were falsely advertised. For example, what is described as a "corset" was a cheap bustier. Even going by the measurements, nothing I purchased was the correct size. The returns department did not respond in a timely manner. I will not use this website again.
Truly terrible. Made my purchase from the website and was emailed days later that the product was suddenly “out of stock.” After then trying to cancel my order, I was told that my order could not be cancelled and that I received the previous message in error. At this point I have waited about a week, when I paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping, and the order wasn’t even processed in that time. My husband made the purchase and paid for 2 day shipping but it took over a week for it to actually ship out of the facility. What was going to be a surprise for a weekend getaway did not happen.
