Not please at all, 3-5 day shipping took 2 weeks and the products displayed on the webpage aren't the same ones delivered to customers.
The particular corset I bought 3 times in different sizes each time. They fit exactly the same way. I went from a 2x to a 4x and I still couldn’t get the clasps to come close to connecting. Very frustrating!
Could speed up the processing. It took a week to process my order after I placed my order. So at this point she has not been able to try the product on we'll have to wait till Valentine's day
I am a first time customer and I ordered two items off the website and only received one. A receipt was left in the box and stated that my second item was on back order and would ship in a week or 2. It has been over 3 weeks and I haven't received any packages or emails regarding my order. Two other items were sent in the package as well and labeled free gifts... You need to put in the site if a item is back ordered or no longer carrying it in stead of tell the customer after they order it. And speed up the order process. You take way to long to process a order. I oerded some items 3 weeks before my honeymoon and you were a week late and could not have it for our honeymoon. 4 times I oderd and a week later you tell me you dont have it. Three weeks I waited for my order to arrive. Shipping starts calculating AFTER they “processed” your order, which takes about 10 days.
The sizing was way off everything is all to small will not be ordering again
Return labels and a better sizing chart. Not accurate
Y'all didn't send all my items and was only refunded for 1 item that didn't come!! Probably will never be doing business with y'all again
