It was the wrong size and when i tried to return it, they claimed it was worn even though the tags were still on it. I will not buy from them again.

More plus size selection and more accurate sizing some 3x stuff wasn't even Large

I ordered two items, paid for express delivery. One item arrived, I called about the other and was told it was on back order. I was not told this when I placed my order and the only notification I received was that my order was on its way. The person I spoke to on the phone was condescending and told me I was notified and if I wanted I could choose a different item. NOTHING ever fits right . When I send it back you NEVER refund my money to my credit card. It’s only credited to your store....which is TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!

I am usually a small- I ordered a medium based on sizing chart and it barely fit. I would have returned it but it was Halloween the next day so I just went and was super uncomfortable. The hat wouldn’t have fit a baby.

First orders were good still waiting on condition of order #858537 dated 10/29/2018. If these are not any longer available then please inform do that I may cancel. 2 months is not good salesmanship
