My favorite place to buy sexy clothes for my wife!
I like the site and company but what I don't like is when you order something and they're out of stock of it they don't let you know ahead of time it's out of stock until after you received your other items in the mail.
I purchased lingerie that was supposed to be wine color and the piece I received was blue. The piece was supposed to be for a getaway trip but unfortunately I was not able to take it because it was not the correct color. I contacted customer support and was sent the correct color. I was emailed a return label for the first piece I received. Unfortunately the second piece did not fit comfortably. Inside the second package was a return label. Materials weren't made of much. Definitely didn't feel like it was made for plus sized women. Ordered both at the same time and one was back ordered. Might want to let people know u are out of stock before they order it so they know. I literally had to call customer service to find out what was going on and why I was only charged half of what I ordered. Outfits were also tight which isn't what bigger ladies want
I felt that the product that I purchased for my wife was spot on. Everything was amazing and she looked incredibly Sexy!
Items run very small
Pretty much anything you could want in the way of sexy lingerie or toys. Easy website and great follow up.
Awful, I called three times to customer service over 5 days and no one ever called me back until 9 business days later. Then I was told my order had shipped and there was nothing you could do for me. Had you called me back in a timely manner I would not have had this problem!
