One item was never sent and when I contacted them for it they told me it wasn’t available. Never contacted me to tell me.
Still waiting for my item i ordered in november. No contact from customer service unless i reach out to them. Very disappointed as i like your products.
My order was not filled as advertised. The product description said the item i ordered was to have garter clips for the stockings. The item came with the stockings sewed with thin straps to the top piece. The straps came apart after two wearings. It also didn't come with the advertised thong.
I ordered a pair of panties on 11/26. Got a shipped email on 11/28 but they weren't shipped. I had to call in early Dec. and they said it was a mistake, they weren't really shipped. They were shipped on 12/17. Ordered a bra on 1/1 and didn't see anything that said it was out of stock. I called and they said it was on back order and would be shipped first week in March! Quality was GOD AWFUL. Fit was hideous and I waited too long with me reply to my inquiries. Now I know never to buy from here again.
I purchased over $70 in lingerie from this company and never received my package or a refund. I emailed customer service after not receiving a tracking number after multiple days. Got a response that it would be shipped within the next 24 hours. Called customer service after 24 hours and they reported something “must have happened with the original package” on their end but they could ship it next day if I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Always have the largest selection, best deals and quality merchandise! I do not look anywhere else for lingerie or sexy clothing and tell everybody to check out your site.
Takes way too long to "process " an order, nearly a week in a time where the norm is one, maybe 2 days. Also, this was the second time where one of my items did not arrive in the shipment and notification was not received concerning that until about the time I received my shipment. If not for the quality of the merchandise offered by your company I would be shopping elsewhere
Loved the corset and it fits beautifully but the panties are the furthest thing from true size. Couldn't even get them over my thighs. Highly disappointed. Now I have a brand new pair of panties that I can't do anything with except throw them away. Money wasted.
