They took 3-5 days to send out the package which I ordered 3 things. They only shipped one at a time. Cancelled my card before the second and third items shipped.
The 30 day policy they have is ridiculous especially during the holiday months. They should be like any other reputable store that gives 90 days for a new with tags exchange or return.
Like the product. Slow shipping. Would try you again.
The lingerie was extremely cheap and poorly made. The colors were NOTHING like the pictures which messed up my photo shoot.
Slow delivery. Items not sized as expected. Returned items and it took a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. I emailed several time to resolve directly and got bs responses.

Didnt have the first item I wanted in stock but was able to get a replacement.
Ordered wrong size and just asked for refund since I could not try it on. No problems. Other items outstanding.
Wouldn't refund me when I returned my item, instead gave me website credit
