The product was filled with clips and hooks and was WAY too big. "One size fits all" was absolutely NOT true since my wife is small and fit. It was garbage and we ended up throwing it away!!
Shipment was late
The item was out of stock and no one bithered to let me know when I placed the order. When you place an order and pay one day delivery it is usually because u need it FAST, no brcaise you love paying extra fir delivery
It was the wrong size and when i tried to return it, they claimed it was worn even though the tags were still on it. I will not buy from them again.
More plus size selection and more accurate sizing some 3x stuff wasn't even Large
Overall experience was great. Item was a lot shorter than it looked in the pictures.
Easy to order and good customers service. Sizing is a little off on some items but all and all a good place
I ordered two items, paid for express delivery. One item arrived, I called about the other and was told it was on back order. I was not told this when I placed my order and the only notification I received was that my order was on its way. The person I spoke to on the phone was condescending and told me I was notified and if I wanted I could choose a different item.
