Didnt have the first item I wanted in stock but was able to get a replacement.
Ordered wrong size and just asked for refund since I could not try it on. No problems. Other items outstanding.
Wouldn't refund me when I returned my item, instead gave me website credit
I ordered the costume and thought it would be delivered before Halloween I got it after it had already past! And when I asked customer service about when it would be delivered they told me we have 4 days to get it to the delivery truck.
You take money and then say you didn't and still don't get the product
Not a single item fits me. All too small and I ordered a size up. I’m bad with returning items so everything I ordered will just have to sit in a drawer for maybe some day when I lose weight
When you order something and pay for expedited shipping you expect to receive it in somewhat of that timeframe. Twice now we have ordered costumes for a party and payed for expedited shipping, but both times the product wasn’t shipped for almost a week after ordering. Consequently, both times the costumes came after the times it was needed.
Didn't even enjoy what I bought .want to send it back an get refund
There was nothing about this cheaply put together item that Iike.
