ordered monokini bathing suit for my wife back in june or july. was on backorder until recently. was told in august it would be in in late september. bottom line; now out of stock and no longer going to be manufactured. how terrible. i have been a spicy customer for years, but am now looking elsewhere. possible GOODBYE. My order took a lot longer than I expected to arrive and when it did arrive, a couple of items were damaged to start with. Their return policy is too short. A lot of other bigger stores have 3 times the length to return. They also give you a much shorter, subjective time frame to return damaged items, which again bigger stores don't differentiate between. One size doesn’t fit all, my shipping was paid for and was supposed to be 3 days I got it 2days late after the intended date! I will not ever shop this website again! Half the products I ordered I had to return!
The measurements are not accurate at all... If my torso measured 5", what I ordered might have fit me... But it doesnt fit at all, totally smashes my b oobs and rides up my butt.

They don't have the stock to meet the demand of orders placed, so a lot of items get placed on back order for weeks to months. It is their policy that if they still haven't filled your order in 6 months, they'll cancel your order and you will never receive your garment at all. I placed an order weeks before my anniversary expecting to receive it on time, but it was put on back order so I didn't get it for a few weeks after the fact. When I buy something I expect to receive it. The order are always incomplete. Do not sell what you do not have
The lingerie I bought for my honeymoon...as soon as I hooked the bra piece on, the right should strap busted. It was not even tightened at all. Thank God I knew how to make it work just long enough for my husband to see me. I'm sorely disappointed and unfortunately, I will have that heartbreaking memory to carry with me for the rest of my life.
