the product is really nice , the communication on items that are backordered is poor. never know if you are going to get it or get charged for it at any time. always had to email to find out what was happening. in the end ,they discontinued the item after 5 months. Also paid for expedited shipping, only to find out in their small print on another page after paying for it ; they expedite the shipping after the order is filled. The product was back ordered for 6 month. Other than that the quality of the product was good.
Lingerie and other products are very good quality and cheap! However, shipping takes way too long. Shipping could have been a lot quicker.
I paid extra for expedited delivery and it still took eight days to get to me. Totally unacceptable and will not be using your service again.
No mention of back order products until the product doesn't show up. No response back from customer support. I had to go to better busines baeuro to get an answer and resolution.

Products ordered, paid for then find out one is discontinued or not in stock or something of an excuse. The other one never arrived. Customer service was not helpful. Will never order from you again and have let many others know to shop elsewhere.
