Clothes do run a bit small, but I have returned some outfits with no issues. The refund process is easy.
I have ordered several times on Spicy Lingerie and I have never seen one order shipped complete. They always send half orders although after not getting your full order, you can see your missed product offered on line, week after week. Original order was on 5/30/18, received part of order and was told back order would take 2-4 weeks. I have sent several emails to the help desk to only be told 2-4 weeks more from date of that email. I have know been told 2-4 weeks 3 times. Here we are 3 months later and I still have no product.
I'm afraid the outfit was quite frayed and worn, though supposedly new
We ordered a couple different outfits and received a confirmation email with the receipt. Two weeks later, and only half the order came, no explanation or reason. We will not be ordering again.
I had purchase items on 2 different occasions and although I haven't been charge, the items for both have been on backorder for months.
I wanted to purchase lingerie that was not the basic Victoria Secret one’s. I had to send one item back because it was too small. The return transaction was very prompt. The one piece I kept had a plastic wirelike piece poking out of the underwire section. It’s real noticeable because the plastics wire like piece is white and the lingerie is black. The material is pretty flimsy throughout. I don’t think I will purchase from this company again.
Your concept of plus size sucks.
