Horrible customer service and they faulty advertise their products. No help at all. Do not buy from them. They do not have plus size items that actually fit.
I still waiting for my refund
Typically what I am looking for is in stock in my size. Products are pretty good. It would be nice if the turn around time between placing your order and when it is shipped was shorter.
Pay for Express shipping still took 10 days to receive my package. When I finally got it , only 1 item was in the package. Never received the item or refund. Last time I use your service. This was the second time this happened to me. Won't happen again.
Products are crap
Absolutely awful experience! Will never even consider giving them business in the future. Customer service was rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions(multiple issues with one simple order). Policy’s are inconsistent. Products are cheaply made and not worth the money or the hassle.
The quality of the material was not worth the price. Although the prices compare to Frederick's of Hollywood, Victoria Secret and other stores, the quality is cheap. The spandex items have the consistency of panty hose and the other fabric is as soft as a dollar bill. The thongs are a triangle of fabric sewed to cheap elastic. I paid for expedited shipping and the items still arrived 7-10 days later. Stop fucking asking me and emailing me you God damn assholes
I have ordered from Spicy Lingerie multiple times and the outfits that I have brought always get a lot of compliments are nice priced and good quality. However the last time I ordered some lingerie from them the bottoms were just too big and I wasn't allowed to return them so I wasted my money. This is not a good thing on their part because their competitors have paper in the crotches of panties etc that allow you to return them.
