Only. A few of the items were available that I ordered. Very disappointing.
Item I ordered was back ordered 2 months. I used PayPal to purchase the item. One month later spicy lingerie cancelled my order because of having used PayPal verses directly using my credit card so I had to repurchase it using my credit card because they didn’t know if the item would be in stock before the next 30 days would expire. When I item arrived it was not as described and needed to be returned. Spicy lingerie is not willing to cover shipping charges for returns. This company will scam you out of your money at every turn. Place an order that you wish to return? "Sorry, we don't offer refunds on that particular item... you can only have a store credit." Wish to use part of that store credit? "Sorry, you have to use the entirety of that credit on this order or you will use the remainder of the credit." What I ordered was sent in timely fashion...will order from u again
I ordered a lot of stuff for my anniversary trip. One item did not come and I got something I didnt even order and that was way to small. So if that was supposed to be a replacement, it still didnt work. The romper I didnt recieve was the piece I was most excited about. When I called customer service, I was told that the romper was on back order and it would when it comes back into stock. I never received it and that was over 2 months ago. Horrible experience the two times I've made purchases. The first took over 12 days to get to me even though I paid for express shipping. I made my second order on July 12. It is now August 1, and I have not received it.
