Absolutely terrible. No updates as far as shipping and when I received my order it was only half of it! No explanation or email as to what happened. I called and they said the item I ordered was out of stock so they’d ship it when they received it. They also said they’d charge my card whenever the item came back in and send it to me without warning. I canceled the order and threw out what they sent me since it was such poor quality anyway. Never again.
Chose express delivery, got one item a week or two later. Never even got the second item. Not worth it.
I purchased $100.00 worth of items as I was going out of the Country. Since this was my first time ordering I ordered a sleepwear set in both small and medium assuming I can return the one that does not fit. I reached out and was told I could return if unworn. I didn’t even need to try on the item as the medium was very huge for me. However I did go away and returned the item upon my return within the time frame allotted. I received something I didn't order instead of something else. When I called to complain, the lady got an attitude with me and I've still never received the item I originally ordered. The other items were poorly constructed with cheap fabrics. I'll stick with Fredericks from now on.
Horrible customer service and they faulty advertise their products. No help at all. Do not buy from them. They do not have plus size items that actually fit.
I still waiting for my refund
Typically what I am looking for is in stock in my size. Products are pretty good. It would be nice if the turn around time between placing your order and when it is shipped was shorter.
Pay for Express shipping still took 10 days to receive my package. When I finally got it , only 1 item was in the package. Never received the item or refund. Last time I use your service. This was the second time this happened to me. Won't happen again.
