Absolutely awful experience! Will never even consider giving them business in the future. Customer service was rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions(multiple issues with one simple order). Policy’s are inconsistent. Products are cheaply made and not worth the money or the hassle.
The quality of the material was not worth the price. Although the prices compare to Frederick's of Hollywood, Victoria Secret and other stores, the quality is cheap. The spandex items have the consistency of panty hose and the other fabric is as soft as a dollar bill. The thongs are a triangle of fabric sewed to cheap elastic. Stop fucking asking me and emailing me you God damn assholes
I have ordered from Spicy Lingerie multiple times and the outfits that I have brought always get a lot of compliments are nice priced and good quality. However the last time I ordered some lingerie from them the bottoms were just too big and I wasn't allowed to return them so I wasted my money. This is not a good thing on their part because their competitors have paper in the crotches of panties etc that allow you to return them. the product is really nice , the communication on items that are backordered is poor. never know if you are going to get it or get charged for it at any time. always had to email to find out what was happening. in the end ,they discontinued the item after 5 months. Also paid for expedited shipping, only to find out in their small print on another page after paying for it ; they expedite the shipping after the order is filled. The product was back ordered for 6 month. Other than that the quality of the product was good.
Lingerie and other products are very good quality and cheap! However, shipping takes way too long. Shipping could have been a lot quicker.
I paid extra for expedited delivery and it still took eight days to get to me. Totally unacceptable and will not be using your service again.
No mention of back order products until the product doesn't show up. No response back from customer support. I had to go to better busines baeuro to get an answer and resolution.
