Waited for a whole month and a half for back ordered item. Never sent it. Decided to email them "oh, we refunded you a week ago". What the hell?

Products were of good quality, but the sizing was difficult to get right.

Had issues getting order shipped. Then it was shipped with one piece missing, but no note, email, call, etc... advising that one piece was back-ordered... The back-ordered piece finally shipped about 2 months after the initial order. The merchandise is good. No issues with the actual products, but the shipping and processing was not great.

when I received my order I was disappointed in the sizing of the items. When I tried to return the items (unused), the return shipping was $65 dollars and then I heard from the company that the item showed signs of wear (untrue) and they would not take it as a return. I then had to pay an additional charge to have it shipped back to me even though I did not want it and could it wear it... otherwise I would have lost the entire purchase price. Buyer beware!!!

The prices are awesome, and for most part the sizes ran true. Quality of products great. Only a little disappointed that one item was backordered/out stock but was not notified until receive order and never any follow up on if ever would receive.

Hard to order anything every time I did it was out of stock and no idea of if or when it would be in

first my order was late and before i got my order i tried to change the color and operate was very rude and did not want to help. i had to call few time to get any answer out of your employees
