The reviews said it ran true to size, it was very small. The other item I bought didn't arrive, only after I pursued it they told me it was on back order. I waited 2 months and heard nothing. When I pursued it again they told me the order was canceled. Very little communication
Didn't get my refund back almost two months after sending the package back
I was very disappointed with the service I received from this company. I have been a customer for a long time and have always purchased several items at a time. I had recently purchased a dress that I guess was designed to small and way more revealing than the photo displayed and returned it. Now I have nvr had a complaint, return, or issue with this company other than the overwhelming processing & shipping time. Prices reasonable but was not notified till days later that my item was on back order. I ordered another dress and paid extra for express delivery and it still has not shipped yet . It was kind of deceiving.
Received no information on shipping until I contacted you guys and said I was goin to open a PayPal dispute. Otherwise I'm happy with product once received

Item I ordered was back ordered 2 months. I used PayPal to purchase the item. One month later spicy lingerie cancelled my order because of having used PayPal verses directly using my credit card so I had to repurchase it using my credit card because they didn’t know if the item would be in stock before the next 30 days would expire.
