I wanted to purchase lingerie that was not the basic Victoria Secret one’s. I had to send one item back because it was too small. The return transaction was very prompt. The one piece I kept had a plastic wirelike piece poking out of the underwire section. It’s real noticeable because the plastics wire like piece is white and the lingerie is black. The material is pretty flimsy throughout. I don’t think I will purchase from this company again.
Your concept of plus size sucks.
Half of what I received wasn’t true to size
Some too small
When I placed the order everything was in stock. However when the order finally got processed an item was out of stock and I had to wait. Never heard anything else until the item just showed up a few weeks later. The processing/shipping departments need a little work.
I ordered quite a few items that did not ship . While the company was great and gave me my free items I was still highly disappointed that I was not sent an email prior to receiving my shipment that stated that items were going to be missing . One of the items, a corset, I needed for an event. It would've been nice to have that information ahead of time so I could've been better prepared . Also the website needs some work . The shipping was slow and to expedite was too expansive. The items I ordered wasn't true at all to the size. Quality of fabric was poor. Return was expansive and with the fact we had to pay shipping one way with today's service everywhere else it became an expansive expanss for no product! So disappointed.
I like the product once it finally arrived but it took way to long to get my order ready for shipment. It was a week after i placed my order before it shipped.
The reviews said it ran true to size, it was very small. The other item I bought didn't arrive, only after I pursued it they told me it was on back order. I waited 2 months and heard nothing. When I pursued it again they told me the order was canceled. Very little communication
