Missing items...made them aware was told it would be here on the 14th of April its now the 1st May still haven't arrived. Never will I ever shop with them AGAIN!!
Long wait time on shipping. Poor shipping updates. Transfers from ups to USPS. Items in backorder and no update about it at all. Emailed and no response.
sizing provided for 6x wasnt coresponding to provided article. Also no return policy on teddys so 45 $ thrown away.
1. The sizing is not correct. 2. The return money less than I payed for my perches. 3. Shipping is very expensive. 4. No prepaid label as another sites like this have. 5. Bayer have to pay even for exchanged items.

Products were not as described. One bra I ordered was not padded at all but was being sold as a padded bra, no idea why. The underwear were supposed to be size medium but we're basically child sized with no stretch.
When I placed my order (formy wedding night) the color in bith items (stocking and chemise read Ivory which I wanted. When I received my order the stockings were white. I contacted customer support requesting solution but they answer was “since they are different brands colors vary” we cannot replace the opened items so you have to order another item to match. Ivory does not change to white 😡 didn’t have time to fool with incompetency one week before my wedding so I just let it go. Never buy from them again. Cute stuff but ... read more
