I paid an exceptional price for "express" postage which was almost more expensive than the item itself, only for it to not arrive within the specified time frame I had paid for. Not only did it not arrive on time I never received the tracking data service I had also paid for. To make thing worse when trying to seek help from your website I was unsuccessful. I gave up hope and went out and spent over $200 for the event my spicy item was intended for.
I went through the trouble to return a pair of high heels as they did not fit my girlfriend. I was refused a refund because of a policy they have in the fine print that items returned in original box will not be refunded. I highly recommend that they reconsider this policy because it leaves their clients feeling cheated. Consider deducting the price of the box from the refund instead of a complete refusal.
The order was sent in a timely manner. One of my items was out of stock. The lingerie didn't fit. I had to give it to smaller plus-size ladies I knew so it was like I ordered for nothing. So I'll just order at a shop made only for plus size lingerie. Everything else about my shopping experience was good.
Took 4 days to fill and send the order. Mail tracker was not accurate.

One size didn't match size chart and I'm sick of getting tons of emails to review my order
Everything was to small
Sizes were really off on some items . Didn’t try them on in time so I could not return them
The lace on the cups was uneven. And when I opened the package I noticed both underwires sticking out of the cups. I wore the thong for one day and it fell apart.
