Great product. But had bad customer relation experience when trying to return a item.

Never responded to emails. They took the money for the transaction then gave it back. Couldn't find out if the order was canceled. Then all of a sudden a few weeks later they took the money again and finally shipped. Would not recomend.

Order was on backorder but wasn't informed of this until I inquired about my order.

Great products, great prices.. But once you order, you don’t get a confirmation or any updates about shipping until you just about get the package, so a lot of work needs done to fix it.

first the item was in back order wasn't notified till after I ordered it for my anniversary weekend away when it finally came in 5 weeks later it didn't fit. paid to send it back the following day with return receipt shipping to receive an email that's its not refundable & if I want the item back that doesn't fit to pay an additional 3$. I called spoke to manager who name was mellisa she was rude & hung up on me because it was closing time. I called back asked to be transferred to a manager again & said the office was closed... read more

Took awhile to get shipped from the company but once sent out. received quickly.
