Didn't get an item I ordered, some of the items took weeks without any notification of backorder etc.
Delivery timelines are far to long. My orders were not processed for four days.
Paid for faster shipping but they don't tell you they're going to wait a week and a half to ship it. Two of my items were on backorder and I wasn't informed of that until I received my package and they weren't in it.
My girlfriend and I ordered multiple items for our anniversary a month in advance. After about 2 weeks the only email I received was that 1 of the items was on backorder and will be shipping when available. They chose not to ship anything in the order because of this instead of shipping in separate orders. What really pissed me off was that I contacted customer service more than a week before we we're flying out for our anniversary about shipping the available items with 1 day air, I was willing to even pay for it. I was charged an extra $25 on my purchase. Basically stole my money! My order shipped one by one and only after I complained that I hadn't received anything and still after complaining about being overcharged no one returned my emails or fixed the situation.
This is the second response I have given I was not satisfied because one of the items that I ordered I did not receive! I ordered 6 items and only received 5 items! Hopefully you will receive this and correct the problem!
Its been almost 3mos still haven't received the 2 items that they said where on back order even though at the time I placed my order everything said it was in stock.....
Used sizing chart to order plus size products using my girlfriends bra size nothing fit!
Delayed shipping and out of stock item. It was not stated out if stock on the site. Or when I submitted the order and it wasn't emailed that either. I found out about backorder and out of stock on reciept when the it showed up
